i wasn't gonna blog today, but since i was watching Howl's Moving Castle on Youtube and it decided to die on me so i'm gonna blog.

today was a pretty eventful day....
had EMaths ct, which i thought was okay, just that i didn't bring the flexi curve so had to draw with freehand. but the good thing is that CTS ARE OVER. but sad that the freedom we have is only temporary.... okay had 2hrs free time to stone. thenn lessons were over soon aft. went down for lunch with grace then went up agn while waiting for HCL students to finish their briefing. then alcina came up to the class and we went to meet beatrice leyi shengqi. went to Sakae Sushi to eat and i didn't eat anything cause i ate alr loll. then lynn went to meet us and left soon aft. oh well

anw, we headed down to borders. then this guy suddenly came to talk to alcina leyi and i and talked abt some really personal stuff and asked us our opinion. i was quite freaked out. then he brought alcina over to one side and told her that he thinks leyi looks like his friend's gf's ex. you know, i'm thinking that the guy has another motive..... go to beatrice's blog if you wanna read more. :D HA, i'm helping her publicise her blog she shld be honoured.

one more paper 'til temporary freedom. can't wait. only thing is that i think lessons resume right aft that.....
AMaths was okay today.. but still kinda insecure. and i hate it when i don't have enough time to finish a qn but i actually know how to do it. recess + one hr during geog test + study period gave us excessive time to study. Bio was better than chem but still kinda hard. in fact i think diffusion&osmosis is harder to understand than nutrients&enzymes and they keep testing on it.

aft that went up to c1 talked for a while then happened to meet shihan leyi and guin. so we went down to canteen and leyi and i didn't feel like eating at canteen so we just sat there. debbie & yuki joined a little while later. then they left to camwhore at the basketball court or sth i think. heard abt sth which is quite shocking... then went to tanglin mall to have lunch with leyi. and i got the Happy Meal toy for my maid's grand daughter! it's some TY red bear soft toy. haaa. i still prefer the beyblade one tho.

i'm so so screwed for bio. and amaths. so. screwed. and scared. and i didn't even know there was an optional extra bio lesson today at cityhall until i checked the mlg. not that i cld've gone anw, since it was thinking day celebration. but still.

all in all we spent 8 hrs at indoor stadium. cool? uhm, not. shall be a brief post cause i can't rmb all the details. anwwww it was pretty fun sitting with isabelle during the rehearsal cause she goes super crazy sometimes and it's hilarious. and are realise brownies are very cute. performing was definitely more interesting than watching performances, cause we've alr watched the performances like 18374x during the rehearsals. and all the sec3s all brought textbooks to study.. we're all on our way to becoming nerds lol. but i'm a failure nerd. D:

and we were all gg hysterical a few mins before our performance cause the tree stumps didn't wanna form suddenly.like as if they suddenly expanded in the few mins between when we used it for rehearsal and the real thing. and i realise when we go hysterical we tend to laugh insanely. lol. yup anw the performance passed like so fast, like in 1s or sth. (haha exaggeration) and OUR TREE STUMPS ARE SUPER CUTE. :D i wanted to post up pics of them but blogger seems to have some problem with uploading pics at the mo..

so aft the whole celebration went to Tiong to study with ziying nicole hwee andand it was quite conducive. i like our Blur Legs pic! who wants some Doinks? xD

watched chingay just now (for the first time in years) and i think i spotted shiqi. the camera didn't really zoom in on everyone tho.


i'm dreading monday A LOT. amaths + bio cts = ultimate killer
&&i really wonder why studies are so important to everyone sometimes. isn't there more to life than just studying/working? i admire pple who can actually find that true meaning in life, cause i know i haven't.

first day of CNY was quite enjoyable, i guess. altho exhausting. left the house at 11am and got back at midnight. ha. and it's kinda cool to see cousins you haven't seen for one year. most of the time the comments from adults you get is "you've grown so much taller!" proceeds to patting your head, but when they come to me..... they have nothing to say. cause i haven't grown at all. HAHA. okay, not funny. even my p2 cousin is like almost my height, is that pathetic or what? D: and most pple think i'm sec1, lol...

well collected a lot of ang baos and gambled some, i wasn't as daring as my bro but anw i still earned money. but my bro dared to be banker and earned as much as 2 weeks of my pocket money.. go figure how much that is yourself. visited 4 houses ytd, 3 being my dad's relatives and 1 being my mum's relatives. my dad has too many relatives i don't even know some of their names. so paiseh. so today will mainly be visiting my mum's relatives.

and it seemed like just ytd when it was last year's CNY. my uncle made this movie of the pics we took at last year's CNY, and it seriously didn't seem like one year had gone by. cliche but true. it's like time flies like whoa, and everybody changes as time flies by. and by this i don't mean only in the physical sense. anw, it's gonna be march soon.... and that's 1/4 of the year gone by.

i haven't been online for the whole of the last 2 days. that's like 48 hrs of not being online. cool, not? not. :D and if only i cld say it's cause i'm guai, but it's cause i've been super busy.

ytd was an eventful day, first had CNY celebrations, which was quite enjoyable actually, and the scholars look super pro dancing. and yunyi was the da tou in the chi dance! anw aft that went to canteen to lau yu sheng, altho only 1/6th of the class was there, oh well. then went out for lunch with shihan rachelw beatrice & alcina at Mos, and beatrice was being really retarded lol. :DD then they went to check out partyworld, and it looked real scary, i have no idea why. then they decided to go to kbox and i went to cheers to buy a drink then took bus all the way back to NYPS.

met elizabeth there, who was with sheena. gosh haven't seen her for ages. was walking out of school when we met timotheous, then took the bus to Queenstown CC and met like... 8 other people there. out of the 10 girls, 8 were from NYGH, 1 from NJIP and 1 from crescent. loll. half of the pple were sleeping and the other half were playing badminton. decided to stone and play badminton and stone and talk. :D left arnd 4.. thanks elizabeth for accompanying me to the mrt and for the V Day present (:

okay then i went all the way to the guide house to buy the blue guide shirt, then took 54 back home and was trying to study on the bus, but my biggest enemy (sleep) decided to come agn. reached home arnd... 6.

okay, i shall blog a long long post today cause i'm in a good mood. (: today was 100x better than ytd, HAHA.

so this is how i spent V Day:
1. reached sch at 6.15am. earliest ever!
2. brought the roses up to the class
3. the black spray painted roses looked.... whoops.
4. went arnd giving V Day presents. and received some too. thanks!
5. went down, blah blah blah, had common tests, blah blah, screwed up everything. (esp lit)
6. had a maths and chem. and being guai, i went for chem. when only half the class went lol. chem was super funny, chengyee is failure at spinning the pen. :D
7. met rachel at the bus stop. (SORRY FOR MAKING YOU WAIT. )
8. got lost and ended up having to resort to taking cab
9. arrived at nicole's house. nicole's much better now. :D
10. talked, watched video, left.
11. went with ziying to eat dinner at LJS at cine and we counted the number of couples there were, got up to 30+ and we stopped. D: and we discovered a note from some guy to a girl and it said "Hello sweetie pie... this is the first time...." forgot everything alr. decided to leave the note there. and the amt of ice they put in the drink.. omg.
12. then went HOME.

alright, that was how i spent V Day. cool, not? altho i wasn't really so much into the V Day mood, but still.

1. duty was..... okay? altho during duty i kinda had the urge to run I HAVE NO IDEA WHY. so weird right. D:
2. everyone was so retarded in macs i swear i cld've died. BUT THEN the Happy Meal toy really was super nice/retarded and fun to play with aft all. :DD
3. Aida likes to grab somebody's bag when she isn't looking andddd she and ainslee like to laugh at somebody's reaction aft that and likes waking somebody up when she's trying to sleep andddd take pics of someone when she's trying to sleep in the van. hm, who's that somebody?
4. grace is pro at sleeping anywhere, anytime, wherever, whenever. isabelle too.
5. we all died. especially with all the prickly thorns and what not. I SWEAR I LOVE RED ROSES FOREVER.

school today was usual, i guess. and i just realised i'm taking a much much longer time getting adjusted to surroundings compared to many other pple. but well, what can i do abt it right. D: i'm anti-social, ha. during chinese there were like 10 of us outside class cause we didn't study. and i dunno why i felt like laughing, esp when alcina said she laughed until she had "no saliva". haha. thanks kaiqi for the flying english book, lol. and i don't like being the chinese rep, oh well. got back chinese paper, depressing marks. ss paper too. looks like i can't even do well for anything now.

aft school when tiong to study with rachel, i guess it was quite productive. and rachel ate like 1/4 of the food she bought, lol. think of the poor pple in africa! Make Poverty History. then later on nicole zy huiyi sherlyn joan joined us. and i was feeling rather high, i have no idea why. went to supermarket to buy v day stuff, andddd they didn't end up buying anything lol. we have amaths and chem extra lessons on v day, like wow? shld i be rejoicing? D: i'm desperate. to. go. out.

motivation, i need you now. like sometimes it isn't enough just wanting.
and the good thing abt being in a ug, we get to do duty for x-country. and get a chartered bus there. and miss the run for x-country. and, yay. packing roses tmr @ lim chu kang (or insisted by isabelle, yio chu kang) and being the weird person that i am i have no idea where that is and i have no idea how i'm gg home aft that. shall solve the problem when it comes along tmr.

i'm such a slacker really. didn't study much on friday, studied a bit on sat, and today, HARDLY studied. o level results were out on friday, crescent did so well. the top scorer is from crescent. and now i'm getting super scared of o's. last time it seemed like o levels was far, far away, but now it's just... arnd a year and a half away. okay, maybe more than that.

and i realised i've taken all the wrong combinations. it's only been 6 weeks and i alr regret taking bio. but maybe if i'd taken phy then i'd regret it too, so who knows. lit's hard to score, guess we all have to work 3x hard next year. andd i'm starting to have no life, all i can think abt blogging these days are tests and more tests. D: or maybe i alr have no life. haha.

met up with rachel and nicole today to do guides props, and i guess our tree trunks looks alright now, but we're short of vanguard. quite sad how everything we do turns out screwed. ): but well, what can we do abt it right. aft that just slacked and watched a bit of 'my girl' and went home.

tmr's a dreaded monday agn. tuesday's x-country + packing roses = full day. wed's common tests + v day + hopefully gg out? (i need some relief aft common tests are over). thursday is total defence day, full guide u.. friday is... CNY celebrations, hopefully there'll be halfday but i heard someone say that it's gonna be a full day (?!). and saturday, sunday, mon.. is finally CNY. sth i can look forward to. and time flies like so fast you can barely see it slipping by. okay this is an exaggeration, but still.

i realise i shld be studying for tests and w/e now, but somehow today i just seem to have lost all my motivation. (not that i had much at the start)

i failed hist test, i scraped amaths & lit test. now i understand why ignorance is bliss (most of the time at least) and today i finally got back sth which made me happy. :DD which was chem, surprisingly.

guides footdrills today were fun cause we were trying to imitate having deep voices, but of course we failed cause we were too busy laughing and cldn't sustain the 'deep voice'. and i think our props are failure. and nicole you'd better take care of yourself! you know how scared we get when that happens to you. and sorry i didn't go to clementi with you all to buy the vanguard.

and tmr's a friday, yet agn. kinda surprisingly how i'm actually getting used to this constant cycle that we have to go through. altho sometimes i find no meaning in life, but i guess this happens to other pple too? and maybe it's just right in front of you sometimes.

kind of a hectic day, woke up super early in the morning and went to sch to do the props, then rushed for piano, then rushed back to bishan, then went to rehearsals at KCP and MGS, then went home, then went to popular and paragon to get my new phone. :DD then went out for dinner at Vivo aft that. and during rehearsals we all were being super retarded with the High-Pitched Girl Guides voices and Low-Pitched NC, NP, St John's, Redcross and GB voices. and the "Check up check down thingy". and of course we're not implying anything by that. hahaa okay you can go read ziying/rachel/nicole's blog cause i'm lazy. D:

sunday
iforgot what i did this day. all i know is that i went to my grandma's house for lunch, then went home, then studied, then, uhm, went out for dinner at somewhere near school. it's Dawson's Place i think. see, i have such a strong connection to the school. right. :D

that's today. and like i said, i love OSIM. haha. okay anw school was quite alrighttt. i guess? most enjoyable period of the day: SS. okay you can start thinking i'm nuts now. D: well guides aft that, and A scolded us at the start anddd we have to stay back for guides on friday, and i have class outing on that day, HOW? oh well.

okay, not really, cause there are rehearsals for 8 hours at KCP and MGS tmr (altho i'm coming late), so that's the whole saturday gone. which only leaves..... sunday. for studying. which means the whole weekend is gone. but nvm, at least i get to sleep more.

i think i failed chem, bio and amaths. and screwed up hist. and i got back lit, almost failed. DD: and we have 4 tests next week, wow?

well the week passed quite fast, altho the days seemed to pass slowly.
okay i know i don't make sense hahaa.
english was funny today cause of all the corny paragraphs we got to read. and PE was nice too. only thing that was bad today was bio! cause of the test. but at least we were let off early and i got home really early. :DD
class outing postponed to next week. and there's the quintessence concert next week too lol. and cross country and v day next next week. and this time, v day signifies the start of common tests. ironic huh?

it's quite scary how time passes so slowly, yet so quickly! it's FEBRUARY alr. which means 1/8th of the school year is gone. which means.... a lot of things.
